The app was literally my second favorite part of my wax experience because it was so easy to reschedule at a different location, cancel, upgrade, add service, etc. ever since this new update, I cant do anything in my account except log in. It shows points but it shows none of my reservations and I cant reschedule or do anything on it anymore. This should be fixed ASAP because it makes the experience less enjoyable!
